I was just curious to understand how I might know if I have successfully healed my leaky gut? I have been working on dysbiosis for a couple of years & I always hear that the majority of people have a leaky gut, how might you know if you have succeeded? I had done food sensitivity testing 2 years ago & had sensitivities slight to several foods I eat often & had a lot of allergy symptoms over the years that have cleared up & I don't have any skin issues, does this indicate I have healed? I did have sinus surgery a year ago with obligatory pain medication (Advil) & antibiotics but nothing since then & no sign of allergies or reactions.
